The function of the Parish Council is to provide spiritual leadership by articulating the mission of the parish and seeing that the mission is carried out, by being a model of prayerful community for the rest of the parish, by overseeing parish governance and determine the direction of the mission of the parish, by formulating policy which will implement the mission, and by planning for the future by deciding priorities and evaluating programs and services.

Parish Council Structure Under the leadership of Rev. Adolph Kowalczyk, the Parish Council is comprised of 17 individuals. Six members are elected to the Standing Committee of the Council. Six members are elected from the congregation and two members are appointed by the pastor. The pastor and two parish trustees are also on the Council.  The Parish Council Constitution can be found HERE.

Meetings: Monthly (excluding July and August), on a Thursday of the month, at 7:30 p.m., in the Red School Cafeteria. Watch bulletin calendar for information or contact the Parish Office for the next meeting date.

Committees Executive – Officers & Trustees The Executive Committee consists of the pastor, the elected officers, and the immediate past President of the Parish Council. They are responsible for determining the agenda for the Council, and under extraordinary circumstances, may act on behalf of the Council, when necessary.

Evangelization The Evangelization Committee focuses on announcing the Good News to all people. This encompasses all preaching and explanation of the Word outside of regular liturgies and school activities. Additionally, the Evangelization Committee works to inform those interested in the Faith, and to invite back to the Church the inactive and the fallen away.
