To view a bulletin, simply click on the date link to the right.  If you have Adobe Reader or Acrobat on your computer, it will pull up in a new window as a readable, printable document.  If you do not have Adobe Reader or Acrobat on your system, you can download the Reader for FREE at www.Adobe.com.

To download a bulletin, simply right-click on the link and you are using Windows and select "save target as" and tell your computer where you want it saved, such as your desktop.  Then you can view and print it offline or send it in an email, etc.

WARNING: Please note that some bulletins may be just over 1Mb and will take a long time to download if you are using a phone line to connect to the Internet.
